Here’s a true story. . . .

 

An Atlas client called with a real emergency.  His clients were just served with a temporary restraining order.  His response brief was due in 24 hours.  The attorney who hired us is smart, eloquent, and experienced.  He is also crunched for time and wants to save his clients money. 

 

Atlas drafted a brief within the deadline.  The brief not only obtained a very favorable result for the defendants who were served with a temporary restraining order, the judge quoted language from Atlas’ brief in the court’s written ruling.  The plaintiffs quickly pressed for settlement.  The tide of litigation had turned at a very early stage.
